III.System Functions

  1. Overpressure Protection: Automatically shuts down and triggers audible-visual alarms when high-pressure pump outlet pressure exceeds 6.2 MPa.
  2. Low-Pressure Protection: Activates shutdown and alarms when inlet pressure to the high-pressure pump drops below 0.05 MPa due to insufficient pretreatment water supply.
  3. Multi-Media Filter Cleaning: Equipped with manual multi-way valves for backwashing when differential pressure reaches 0.1 MPa.
  4. RO Membrane Cleaning System: Enables physical, chemical cleaning, and preservation solution injection for membrane modules.
  5. Quality Control: Automatically diverts water discharge if product water quality exceeds standards.
